Good afternoon! We have had a wonderful past two days getting to know one another and creating our classroom rules, discussing school procedures, etc. I am really enjoying this great group of students! This week the students will be completing a writing prompt, and pre-tests in Reading/ELA and Math. Next week we will hit the ground running in all of the content areas. 

Homework:

Reading/ELA: Begin working on Family Journal due Friday, August 29th

Reminders:

• Return Summer Reading bookmark (if your child completed this over the summer)
• Please also return any forms from Open House that were on the left side of the folder (Class Directory, Parent Questionnaire, etc.
